Who receives your details
Anton Shevchenko, trading as Anton Developer, based in Ukraine. I am the person who receives and stores what you send through the form, and the one to contact about it: hello@antondeveloper.com.
What the form collects
- your name;
- how to reply to you: a WhatsApp number, a Telegram handle or an email address;
- the type of task (an audit, improvements, a new store, a migration, an app or integration, or something else);
- your store URL, if you add it;
- your message.
Please do not send passwords or store access through the form. If the work needs access, I will ask for it separately.
How it reaches me
When you send the form, the site's server passes your message straight to my Telegram account through a Telegram bot. The website itself does not keep a copy. The message is then stored in my Telegram chat, on Telegram's servers. The site is hosted by Vercel, which handles the request on its way.
What I use it for
Only to reply to your request and to talk about the work you asked about. I do not add you to a mailing list, and I do not sell or share your details. The legal basis is your own request: you ask me to get back to you before any work is agreed.
Deleting your details
Email hello@antondeveloper.com and ask, and I will delete your message and contact details and confirm when it is done. You can also ask what I hold about you, or ask me to correct it. If you are in the EU or the UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
